These terms apply to marketframe.in and the IPO alerts it sends. By using the site you accept them. If you do not, please do not use it.
What the site is
Marketframe lists Indian IPOs with their dates, price band, unofficial GMP, subscription and allotment links, and publishes some market research. It is for information only.
Not investment advice
Marketframe is not registered with SEBI as an investment adviser or a research analyst. Nothing on the site or in an alert is a recommendation to buy, sell, apply for or avoid any IPO or security, and nothing here takes your finances or goals into account. The decision to invest is yours. If you want advice, speak to a SEBI-registered investment adviser.
GMP
Grey market premium (GMP) is an unofficial figure from trades outside the exchange. It is not regulated or recognised by SEBI or the exchanges. We show what our source reports; it moves quickly, can be wrong, and is not a forecast of the listing price.
The score
The 0–100 score is worked out from current GMP and subscription. It reads current demand only. It says nothing about the company's business, financials or valuation, or about listing gains, and it is left blank wherever there is no GMP to read.
Where the data comes from
Dates, price bands and subscription come from NSE. GMP comes from InvestorGain. Either can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and our own processing can add errors. The site is provided as it is, without any warranty of accuracy, completeness or availability. Before you act, check the figures with the exchange, SEBI and the offer document (the RHP) of the issue.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Marketframe is not liable for any loss or damage from using the site or the alerts, or from not being able to use them. That includes investment or trading losses, decisions made on data that turned out wrong, and alerts that arrive late or not at all. The site or the alerts may stop, change or be interrupted without notice.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape or poll the site in a way that slows it down or degrades it for others.
- Do not sign up anyone without their permission, submit false details, or send repeated or automated requests to the alert form.
- Do not try to get around the site's security or interfere with how it runs.
We may block access from anyone who does.
Content and trademarks
The site's text, design, score and code belong to Marketframe. You may quote small parts with a link back to the page. Market data belongs to its sources, and exchange, registrar and company names and logos belong to their owners. Showing them here does not mean they endorse Marketframe.
Links to other sites
We link to registrars, exchanges, SEBI and other sites so you can check allotment and filings yourself. We do not run those sites and are not responsible for their content or availability. Their own terms apply.
Alerts and your data
What we collect for alerts and how you can have it changed or deleted is set out in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and using the site after that means you accept the new version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
