Role Title: Personal Injury Lawyer

Role Type: Contractor

Location: Remote, US-based only

micro1 is seeking experienced Personal Injury Lawyers to contribute to a project focused on improving AI systems' legal reasoning and accuracy. You will review legal scenarios, evaluate AI-generated legal work, and provide expert feedback to help train advanced AI models.

Scope of Work

-Analyze legal scenarios to identify key issues, assess liability, and apply sound legal judgment.

Review AI-generated legal analyses, arguments, and documents for accuracy and completeness.

Identify legal errors, missing information, and weaknesses in legal reasoning.

Provide clear, structured feedback and corrections to improve AI-generated outputs.

Required Qualifications

J.D. degree from a U.S. law school.

Active bar license in at least one U.S. state.

More than 3 years of practicing law, preferably in personal injury or civil litigation.

Strong legal reasoning, issue-spotting, and document review skills.

Excellent written English communication and attention to detail.
